- Use Max Baggio Training website, content and/or material to advertise any services
- Use Max Baggio Training content and/or material to publish, promote or re-sell at your own benefit
- Publish your personal Login information to give access to our paid content to others
If Max Baggio Training finds that you infringe any of the above restrictions, in part or in whole, Max Baggio Training has the right to terminate your subscription without having to refund any unused paid portion of your subscription. Also, Max Baggio Training reserves the right to sue any infringer for reparation.
No warranties:
There are no warranties attributed to Max Baggio Training services. Max Baggio Training cannot guarantee any specific results. By subscribing to the services, you recognise and accept that training programmes and services can have flaws. Therefore, results will vary from one individual to another.
Limitation of liability:
Max Baggio Training will not be held liable for any use of its services. Your use of our service means you have acknowledged the risk and are using the service with full understanding that Max Baggio Training and its contractors will not be held liable for any consequences coming from or related to the use of the website and the services.
Purchasing Max Baggio Training products and services:
By purchasing a service or product through the site, you authorise the use of the card details you provide to take a regular monthly payment for the relevant subscription fee. If that card expires at any time or Max Baggio Training is otherwise unable to take payment from it, you must provide an alternative payment method. Max Baggio Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription of any user that has not paid all of their subscription fees. Max Baggio Training only supplies the products and services for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business for resale purposes. Every time you order products or services from Max Baggio Training, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us. You can only pay for products or services via Max Baggio Training website. Max Baggio Training may revise these terms from time to time.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for any programme subscription. Max Baggio Training does not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are canceled mid-month. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle. Max Baggio Training will not file a copy of the contract.

This contract is between you and Max Baggio Training. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
By agreeing these terms you also agree for Max Baggio Training to use all social media content and pictures at their digression, this also gives the rights to share your data with any third parties.
Please note that these terms are governed by English law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through the site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, however Max Baggio Training reserves the right to bring proceedings against customers in their country of residence.
