What to expect

REBUILD is a six week fully functional, intensive HYBRID training programme designed to reset your foundations and build momentum. The next chapter of the BUILD Programme. REBUILD is about re-establishing movement quality, sharpening performance, and developing strength through a structured, progressive plan that challenges you without burning you out. The programme is split into three phases: REBUILD REINFORCE REDEFINE You’ll start by refining how you move and restoring key fundamentals. From there, power and intent are layered in, before finishing with a focused strength phase that brings everything together. Each week builds with purpose, clear structure, and meaningful progression. Included with your programme is a 1-1 call with myself before you start. This is where we set clear goals, fine-tune nutrition and habits, and make sure you’re fully prepared to attack the next six weeks.
