What to expect

The Ultimate CrossFit Programme. For those wanting to take their training seriously, and push their limits. MAX PRO is designed for those looking to compete in Rx and Elite level CrossFit competitions. Also suitable for those who don't have all the Rx movements mastered yet, for example Toes To Bar and Handstand Walks. Alongside MAX PRO, an additional scaled version provided, with add on isolation drills for specific movements so you can learn to master your weaknesses and level up. This is a Group Rolling Programme, meaning we will building month on month as you continue to train and develop. With this, there will be a community feel with others on the same programme in real time, providing motivation as well as competition. We will build a relationship between Coach and Athlete building through the weeks and blocks, to create a culture of progression and development.
