This is a Functional 12-week programme designed to improve and build upon all areas of your fitness including your Overall Strength, Endurance and Capacity. This programme optimises all the pillars of fitness in a unique blend, to maximise performance to be a well rounded athlete. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that we will test are as follows: 1RM Clean, 1RM Jerk, 5RM Front Squat, 5RM Deadlift, 10 Minute Max Calorie Assault Bike, 5K Run, 2K Row and Mixed Modal Capacity. At the start and finish of the programme these KPI's will be tested as a reference for progression. Each week will consist of 5 sessions focusing on a specific mode of training with accessory work providing constructive added volume.
